3. Crowdfunding Campaigns

1. Saanjha.org provides a platform for individuals and organizations to raise funds for grassroots athletes.
2. Campaign organizers must provide accurate information about their fundraising goals, the purpose of the funds, and any associated risks.
3. Saanjha.org does not guarantee the success of any campaign and is not liable for any unsuccessful fundraising efforts. 4. Donations and Contributions

1. Donors agree to provide accurate payment information and authorize Saanjha.org to charge their payment method for the amount pledged.
2. Saanjha.org retains 10% percent(plus payment gateway charges) of the funds raised to cover operational costs.
3. Donations are non-refundable unless otherwise specified by Saanjha.org or required by applicable law.

5. Verification and Compliance

1. Saanjha.org reserves the right to verify the identity of campaign organizers and the legitimacy of fundraising campaigns.
2. Campaign organizers must comply with all applicable laws and regulations, and Saanjha.org reserves the right to suspend or terminate campaigns that violate these T&C.

6. Privacy and Data Protection

Saanjha.org is committed to protecting the privacy of users. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for details on how we collect, use, and disclose personal information.

7. Intellectual Property

1. Users retain ownership of their content but grant Saanjha.org a non-exclusive, worldwide license to use, display, and reproduce campaign content on the Platform for promotional purposes.

8. Termination

1. Saanjha.org reserves the right to suspend or terminate user accounts and campaigns at its discretion, especially in cases of fraud, misuse, or violation of these T&C.

9. Dispute Resolution

1. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these T&C shall be resolved through negotiation, and if necessary, through mediation or arbitration in accordance with the laws of India.

10. Changes to T&C

1. Saanjha.org reserves the right to update these T&C at any time. Users will be notified of any changes, and continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of the revised T&C.
