It is admirable to see someone so young giving back to society, and it is important to remember that philanthropy should not be viewed solely as a retirement plan. Growth Academy initiated this budding cricket team, and we were able to assemble a full kit for them with the help of our wonderful friends work buddy Gaurav Joshi and Varun Maniktala (5ivebypenta).

They provided us with the necessary funds and equipment to support the girls on the women's cricket team in Kupwara in pursuing their dreams. We are extremely grateful for their support and contributions. We are seeking further support from both corporations and individuals, whether it be in the form of monetary donations or the provision of coaching and equipment, PR/marketing etc to assist with grassroots sports initiatives.
